Fulfilling his Vision
Raphael J. Piana, D.C., Dipl. Ac. is the director of Piana Acupuncture and Wellness Center. Dr. Piana studied biology at Plymouth State College of the University of New Hampshire, graduating with a B.A. He went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic, and later a certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician from the Palmer College of Chiropractic. In addition, he is a Fellow of American Council of Applied Clinical Nutrition.
Dr. Piana began his chiropractic practice in 1977 and then in 2004, he became the Supervisor of Diagnostic MRI for the Physicians Group. In 2008, Dr. Piana pursued studies in Chiropractic Acupuncture, and received a Diplomate in Chiropractic Acupuncture (Dipl. Ac.) in September 2009.
With the opening of the Center in November 2009, Dr. Piana fulfilled his vision of providing a range of alternative health care services to his patients in one convenient location.
